Texas-based Torchy’s Tacos, which had a soft-opening event Monday night, officially opens its doors at 10 a.m. today on the southwest corner of Camelback and 20th Street in Phoenix. Torchy’s offers a dozen specialty tacos, but the signature menu item is the chile con queso with green chiles and house-made tortilla chips (pictued). Additional locations are in the works in Phoenix and Gilbert.
