The farmers market stand with a new walk-up window in Highland focuses on vegan ice cream, made with avocado and coconut milk, in flavors such as yellow watermelon sorbet, caramel rosemary, soy sauce, and sourdough toast with peach jam. The stand is open for to-go orders at the Texas Farmers Market (TFM) at Mueller every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., otherwise, pints can be found at Bee Grocery on East Seventh Street and Mozart’s Coffee on Lake Austin Boulevard. Online preorders with pickups at TFM are accepted on a weekly basis at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays.
