West Valley-based food truck Lola’s Tacos has soft-opened a bricks-and-mortar restaurant near the southeast corner of Seventh Street and Deer Valley in north Phoenix. The menu features tacos, burritos, and quesadillas for breakfast and lunch only on weekdays. The official grand opening is scheduled for Aug. 1.
